After receiving your order we will then give you instructions on how to proceed. After provisionally booking we require a deposit of £10 per player which has to be sent to us at the latest, two weeks before your event. If you are trying to organise an event within two weeks please phone the office immediately for further instructions. Deposits can be paid in cash in person, by cheque or by credit/debit card.
Please note: You risk losing your organiser discount if you do not send deposits on time.
