After receiving your order we'll contact you to confirm your requested event date. We will require a deposit which has to be sent to us at least two weeks before your event. Deposits can be paid in cash in person, by cheque or by credit/debit card.

If you are trying to organise an event within the next two weeks please phone our office immediately for further instructions.

Please note: You risk losing your organiser discount if you do not send deposits on time.
